A special machine. A complete plant for the production of pipes for piling.
This plant is built around an innovative preloaded Plate rolling Machine capable of bending pipes from 6 to 12 meters in length with a minimum diameter of 350 mm and a thickness of 10-12 mm, in completely revolutionary times. The results of the machine are excellent in terms of the precision of the pre-bending, especially in relation to the working speed of the entire line.

- Sheet insertion unit with dimensions 5 x 6 m for sheets of maximum 15 mm thickness
- Loading system for 15 mm thick, 6 m wide and 5 m long sheet metal with empty loading system
- Motorized roller path to unload the tube exiting the Plate Bending Machine
- Roller way to rotate and accompany the tube exiting the Plate Bending Machine into the post-bending machine
- Hydraulic post-bending machine to bend the two edges of the tube, with diameters from 400 mm to 2600 mm (four sets of tools are included).
